I'd go for DFI Lanparty UT NF4 Ultra-D. But I don't think it has 1394b. Only 1394. Gigabyte has it on most their S939 motherboards though.

Atleast these do:
Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 nForce4-4X
Gigabyte K8NXP-9 nForce4 Ultra

Guess the K8NXP-9 would be your best bet, as ASUS' ones are all SLI I believe.

I say epox's NF4 Ultra board its stable, highly overclockable and cheaper then the others people keep mentioning.
