Best 939 Mobo

Upgrading thanks to the new price cuts from AMD. Just need some suggestions. Gaming, light photoshop, websurfing, documents (homework). Not thinking about OC'ing.

Athlon x2 5000+ or x2 4600 (939, not thinking about AM2, right now)?

Motherboard?

Ram - XMS2 2 Gig

Video Card - 7900GT or 7900GTX

Already have optical drives, keyboard, LCD, case. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

cheapest mob is Asrock (939)

why not going AM2? - cpu pricing is pretty similar to 939 but you get a faster ram bus speed up to 800mhz

Newegg has the Abit AN8 32X for $120 after MIR - that's a bargain for a great mobo.
