Best 802.11b AP/Router?

I'm looking to purchase a 802.11b access point with built in router.

I tried the Linksys unit (BEFW11S4) but it would not allow me to access hotmail and several other web pages through it. and the performance while 128 bit WEP is enabled is horrible. about 1/3 of the normal throughput that I get with it disabled.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good access point/router for less then $200?

I currently have a home network consisting of 6 PC/laptops all using Linksys WPC11 802.11b cards with one of the PCs connected to the cable modem and running sygate and zonealarm. I would like to move that PC to another room and don't want to move the cable modem thus I need a access point/router
