Best 754 MOBO

Someone had his Biostar nForce 3 chipset socket 754 mb up to 2.7(330 X8 multiplier) using a Sempron 2600 and claims it to be faster than a fx-55 which I find hard to believe. That is over a 1.0gig overclock and stock is 200 X8 multiplier = 1.6ghz. He only had to raise the voltage by one tenth of a volt for this overclock using the stock heatsink and fan.

the oc is possible(2800+ @ 3000) but it wouldnt be stable and no way in hell its better than a FX55, S64 are not even better than A64.I cant find biostar mobos in my country
i just need a mobo that can OC to something i can use 24/7
Im gonna get a Sempron 3000+ revision E6, palermo core, something like 2.5GHz(heard you can do it with 1.55v) would be good enough
