Best 6.5" component speakers <$150

Well I just got the JVC KD-SX980 and its great.
But my stock speakers have to go.
I have a Nissan Frontier 2002 King Cab XE.
Any suggestion on specific model components to get? I know I can fit 6.5' and 6.75's, but I'm not sure about 7'.
Something w/ clean sound, pretty goods lows/highs.

Id prolly go with infinity kappas off of ebay, but there are a lot of choices.
