Best 512mb Thumb drive?

Looking for a 512mb Thumb/USB drive. Prefer something that will last and not give out after a year or so. I will use it to keep reports on from work and maybe use it every other day or so. Also is there any type of password or encryption that comes on these to prevent someone accessing the information incase I were to drop it? I'm new to the thumb drive market so thats why I'm here. Prefer newegg since I'll be ordering coolers from there later this weekend. Thanks!

Hmm, Meritline + Ritek = Hell on earth.

Personally I prefer Crucial. A little more expensive but you get what you pay for...
