Best 5.25" Firewire enclosure?

Is there a particular brand or model of external drive enclosures that everyone recommends over anything else, or are things kind of "buy whatever you can find" right now in this market?
It seems like every store has their own in house brand but I haven't a clue which one has a quieter fan or a more user friendly power supply(able to turn enclosure on and off instead of unplugging) or a better controller chip.
Anyone have recommendations?

I am in the middle of dealing with a bad enclosure. It is a compusa brand firewire/usb 2.0. When using firewire, windows reports delayed failed write errors. It has a prolific pl3507 bridge. I e-mailed the support and they said the are aware of the problem, but don't have a fix yet. They suggested lowering the UDMA level to increase stability.

I am in the process of researching an alternative enclosure. I am liking bytecc. http://www.dealsonic.com/bymecoidetof.html

Although, there are so many chipsets and it is very confusing. I figured that it didn;t matter what I got, but it does. Good luck.

Anyone else have any input?

Has anyone seen or used this one?
I like the look of it.

The Bytecc one looks really good too, with the built in fan and on/off switch. Up here in Canada it's about $20 more than other 5.25" enclosures, so it's either that much better, or the other ones have found a way to cut corners somewhere. :)
