I've got the 300watt power supply that comes with the sx1030b, and I'm thinking that maybe I should upgrade it since it may solve some problems and i want to add a lot more components in the future that will suck lots of power. What's the best/quietest power supply?
My system is an XP1600, 2x256mb ddr crucial ram, radeon 8500, linksys ethernet, 3com/usr modem, creative live 4.1, 16x dvd-rom, 8x burner, wd 20gb hard drive, floppy drive, 2 exhaust fans, 2 intake fans, and 3 fans over the graphics card all on my msi k7t266 pro2.
I'm not experiencing many problems. The only problem I get is that Max Payne randomly kicks me out of it every now and then, and when I am overclocked max payne locks up. Cooling on my cpu is not a problem since I have a pal8045, but I have a feeling it my motherboard chipset that's overclocking since I experience a little more stability when I place a fan directly over the chipset.
