Best 4 in 1 driver for Windows ME?

There's another thread for best win2k drivers, how about windows me? Which version is the most STABLE?

i had trouble using the via 4.28 with win me. i got blue screens & freezes

i think i couldve saved a format because now i use win98se with the via4.17. I shouldve just uninstalled via4.28 and used 4.17 instead of formating to win98se.
i tried using the 4.28 with winse98 but i was getting the same errors with winMe.

now its working perfect.

u might also look at the ver 4.25, im sticking with 4.17 since is working for me

Actually, I think the drivers WinME installed were the most stable. I recently put the 4.28 and now have many little problems.

I've tried 4.28 and I also got freezes. I'll try 4.25 as that version seems to be the most stable for most people. 4.29b is still beta and I dont want to have to deal with betas at work.

I've had no problems with the 4.28's in WinME, that's what I'm using.

Finally my new system is working and I have got trhe 4.29 Finals installed. They seem to be working fine. Although I have experianced a few crashes, but I don't know if that is due to the Via drivers.
