Anyone have any recommendations for 4.1 speakers for my computer in the $150 price range?

I really like my Klipsch 4.1's but I realize those are out of your range.

Before these I had the Cambridge FPS2000 Digital set and they were pretty nice.

The BA4800 for $130 are far better quality than anything from Cambridge/Creative.

They are competetive with the ProMedias.

For $150 or less you can not beat the BA4800.

Since tastes vary widely from person to person, you should always audition speakers before buying, but I'd suggest trying to find a set of Altec Lansing ATP 5's and give them a listen. They sound good (to me), they're right in your budget, and they look great, too.

You might be able to find them a bit cheaper elsewhere, but MultiWave has them for $147.58.

I have the BA4800 and I love them.

I used to have the FPS2000, FPS1000, and I even listened to the Klipsh. I gotta admit they were good but the difference didn't justify the price difference
