Best 2GB DDR2 1066MHz Sticks for Penryn?

I'm having a hard time choosing some memory for my Abit IP35 Pro. I'm looking for sticks preferably under $150 because I'm going to buy two packs for 4GB total and I want to keep the total price around $300 (after rebates). These are the choices that I have come down to:

Right now I will be temporarily running this on my Pentium 4 550 @ 4.0GHz (watercooled) with a 1:1 FSB in Vista Ultimate x32. Yes, I realize that I won't see 4GB total RAM, but I am going to install Vista Ultimate x64 around December/January when I get my 45nm Penryn (can't wait with a stock 1333MHz FSB. With that said, please let me know what sticks are best for the value, and specifically which ones will give me lowest latencies while achieving stable yet decent overclocks. Again, my final CPU will have a 1333MHz FSB (which I will overclock as much as possible), so whatever will give me the best value with that in mind is ideal. Thanks in advance.

Or you can save $100 and OC the 800's. The reviews look like they are over clocking easy. I own them, but I havn't OC'd because I was just testing them on my XPS before I buy the mobo and all that other good stuff.

Kingston 1.8V "N5" DDR2 800 ValueRAM. Works exceptionally well with IP35 series. Full JEDEC compliance at 1.8V (100% boot after resetting BIOS). I have five kits. Worst stick is Orthos/Memtest86 stable at 480MHz/2.1V/5-5-5-18-2T or 580MHz/2.1V/5-5-5-18-2T. These will run fine with four sticks.

Naturally, you'll need to put an 80mm low speed Panaflo above any RAM if you want to overclock.

Crucial B DDR2 800 would be my 2nd choice. Avoid OCZ like the plague.

Get the cheapest Crucial Ballistix set you can get. Avoid OCZ stuff. They do good in marketing, but their products don't back it up well, except for their highest end ram which costs too much anyways.

Yeah, the DDR2-800 Ballistix are great. I have them at DDR2-960 at 4-4-4-12 right now, 4 hours stable so far at 2.24 volts according to MBM5. I'm about to try 1000 at same timings and voltage. I believe they are only about $63 after rebate, which is crazy.

Remember the Penryns are going to have a 8x multi so ou will need better RAM. You can get RAM that does 1200mhz. Get that to be sure IMO.
