Best 27" Monitor for 300-500 dollars?

Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade to a 27" monitor with about 300-500 to spend... any suggestions on the best choice? I am going to use it for my PC (browsing internet, gaming, movies, etc.) so I'd like one that works well for doing so

Thanks!

Black Friday is about over. However, You might look at places like
www.newegg.com
www.dell.com
www.wallmart.com

I dont know who sells or makes the best monitors in that size.

Hmm. . . mount 32/37/40 inch widescreen HDTV on wall behind computer. I just spent about $500 on a 40" HDTV. Might actually be too big for up close. I plan on connecting it to my computer to watch streaming videos. Wallmart is better for tv's than monitors. You might also go to some store like best buy or SAMS to look around and see what they have.

1920 x 1200!

Used this for a week while I was waiting on my u3011 to arrive. It was real nice for the price.

Next to my 24" Acer.
