Heh. Went to the riverboat casino in Peoria, IL last night. Dropped a quarter into one of the nickel slot machines and wound up hitting a $60 jackpot.

Woo!

Spent $3.00 the whole night, walked away with a net gain of $57.

Not a bad evening.

Heh...I like playing video poker with the old people at the bar. Then I take my winnings to Big Al's and make the strippers earn their dollar. :p

And it was 5 nickels that I dumped in.

Started up on the nickel poker. Dumped a buck in. Walked away when I was up to $5.00. Cashed out. Whet down and played some of the nickel slots for a while. Played some machines for a couple bucks worth. Sat down at another machine put in 5 nickels pushed the "max bet" button and spun.

Boom. 1200 credits :D

Similar experience, on my 18th B-Day I went up to the casino with only $0.65. Put my quarter in and won $20. After that I spent $1.35 and took my winnings. Much better than my friends who just kept on feeding fives into machines and loosing big time for high school students. I went back later that year and started playing blackjack and won over $100 ony starting with $10 on my own money. What happy days

I have a friend that lives in Fulton... well, lived, she moved to Clinton a few weeks ago.

I'm from Davenport right now but I'm moving soon.

I really need to go to the boat again before I move.
