Best 24" monitor with the following conditions

What do you all think is the best (in terms of cost performance) 24" monitor out there right now?

Must be:
1. IPS
2. LED
3. Glossy screen

Prefer:
1. USB slots
2. 1920x1200
3. Very accurate colors

If the glossy screen requirement negates too many options, then scrap it (it seems there are few good IPS monitors with glossy screens).

Hmm IPS and Glossy, that is a tough one. IPS screens tend to be targeted at professional users and they get matte screens more often than not. All the good 24" IPS screens at 1920x1200 I know of were matte screens, unless something has come out recently that is glossy I think that might be the tough property to get.

Thanks for the input everyone. After much more research, I've decided to jump on the bandwagon and go with a Korean monitor.

But I am having a hell of a time finding one with a glossy screen (love glossy screens!). Crossover, Yamakasi, or Qnix would be nice - does anyone have a link to one of these with a glossy screen?
