I see lots of reviews on the web for gaming monitors, but I just need one to read things on. Believe it or not, if you stare at a monitor ten hours a day, clarity becomes a real issue.

What should I be looking for? There are some very expensive widescreen monitors designed for photo editing and such, but that seems like overkill since I'm basically just reading documents.

So, suggestions please.

I would say stick with any name brand monitor from a B&M store and go check them out. Get which ever one seems the better deal and judge for yourself on your setup. Just make sure you know the store's return policy before you buy. If viewing angle is not a concern then any of the "cheaper" TN panels will be fine. Also make sure you use the monitor's native resolution.
