Best 22 inch monitor

Guys i am looking for 22 inch monitor & I have found that ViewSonic-VA2226w & LG-L226WTQ are good monitors, So can you guys tell me which one is better than the other, i will be using them for playing games & watching movies.

I bought that one for my wife, and I hate the base on it. Display is nice, but they certainly went as cheap they could go on construction..
