Best 21 Inch Monitor

Bit low of a budget for a 21". The KDS AV-21TF I think is the best cheapest 21". I think the Samsung 1200NF is the best 21" value though it is a couple hundred more than your budget. But not even the KDS fits your budget.

After doing a lot of research on this, I ultimately narrowed my choice down to either a Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 200 or a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2060u. The Diamond Pro supports higher resolutions but is more expensive.
 
Viewsonic GS815 without a doubt. I researched over 30 monitors in my quest. Viewsonic is bar-none the best monitor out there (according to specs). Outstanding in person too.
 
I don't think the Viewsonic GS series is perfectly flat. And the Viewsonic PF series is better than the GS.

Even so- the 1200NF seems to be a great monitor in its own right for a great price.
 
Best? Definetely Sony F500-R!

I have Sony GDM-F400 (19" version) and that's the best 19" monitor I've ever seen
 
KDS AV-21TF or Samsung 1200NF. Avoid Sony and Mitsubishi; for a much lower price you can get a better product from KDS or Samsung (respectively).
