Best $200 video card I can get

Would like to keep it at or below $200. Not a big o/cer so thats not important. I heard the GTO2 was great if you wanting to flash the BIOS and stuff which I really don't want to do since it probably voids the warranty? If Sapphire will stand behind it even with a BIOS flash I am all for it.

Also needs to be PCI-E
 
Does the XFX have good support(won't give me a hassle to RMA if their card craps out)? What kind of warranty do they offer and are they good brand cards? I heard EVGA was good?
 
EVGA has the best warrany, at least taht is what I have heard over on bastards 🙁 . XFX has a decent warranty too, but I would choose EVGA if i was going for warranty.
