Best $200.00USD Digicam?

Is it the Canon A60? I've heard good things about them, my dad has an A70(which is nice) and we have two EOS-1D's, so I know Canon's quality is good, but what about in the 200 doller pricerange?

It will be a christmas gift for my sister, and art student.

So, which 200 doller digicam is the best, and why?

I've got a Fuji 3800 for $150 AR a few weeks ago from Buy.com.
3.2 mp, 6x optical.

In the $200 price range I would buy one of these (listed in order)

• Canon PowerShot A60 for $180 with FREE $50 Target GC (use towards digicam accessories).
• Fuji Finepix A210 for $199 with FREE $50 Target GC @ Target B&M
• Nikon Coolpix 2100
• Fuji Finepix 2650 which can be found on clearance for $99 YMMV
