Any opinions about what are the best computer speakers you can get for $20-$25 dollars or less?

Lots of people like the Logitech Z-340's and there are a few threads in the Hot Deals forum that have it for free or 15 dollars.
 
compusa had the altec lansings avs500's for sale i believe for less than $30 or so before
those are 4.1s if not go for the 2.1's they're not THAT bad especially if you're on a budget
if you can get the logitech z340's for less than $15 then go ahead!
hopefully with the new speakers coming out, logitech will be wise and lower prices on their existing speakers
