I have been using them for about 3.5 years, and they still are amazing. I use them for the PC in my bedroom, and they seriously shake the entire room if I turn them up. Crystal clear sound, too.

I've heard many times these are the best 2.1 setup
You must know many more ignorant people than I do. Congratulations on that.

Microsoft made a really great set of speakers called the Miscrosoft Digital Sound System 80 back in the days and they were by far the best speakers i have heard.
Sorry about that, I'm sure one day you'll be a witness to a decent set of speakers.

"Where does he say "computer speakers" ?"

He said the iFi's where to expensive, no way your getting anything that isn't computer speakers for under the price of the iFi because you need interconnect cables, a reciever, and normal speakers, which he recommended as $16k speakers.

I don't mind whether they are computer speakers or not, but like dBTelos said, the iFi's are a bit too expensive for me, so if they're under that price range, please suggest em :p
and thanks for all the replies again!!

If you don't get computer speakers, then they are going to be more then the iFi's. Your looking at $100+ for a reciever and 150+ for a pair of decent bookshelfs. That doesn't even include a sub because you won't get that great bass from a $75 bookshelf. Add in cables and adaptors, and possibly a new soundcard for digital output and you have a $300+ solution.
