Best 2.0 Speakers for around $20-$25

Need a pair of pc speakers that will be fairly loud for around $20-$25. Don't need a sub just a standard 2.0 setup. Any recommendations as far as manufacturer? I've been looking at a set of Cyber Accoustics or maybe some Logitech R-10's.

Spend a bit more and get the X-230 with a sub? I've never actually heard of just a good 2.0 speakers for that price. I've seen the I-Trigue 2200 for $45, MX5020 for $80, and Promedia 2.0 for $100.

I've read a couple good things about JBL Duet speakers.

They're $45-ish shipped off newegg, but can be had for very cheap factory refurb off ebay.
harmanaudio puts a new warranty on them when they sell them.

I've also read good things about the JBL Duets, although it does give off the "cheap OEM, pre-packaged speakers look".

I think the Altec Lansing MX5020s are also pretty good, they can be found for about $50 online if you are willing to double your budget.

At $20-25 you are basically at the level of those pre-packaged speakers that come with Dell or Compaq.
