Best 1U (quiet) P4 478 heatsink?

I'm looking for a good performing 1U 478 P4 heatsink. The one I have now is an Aero Blower? and it just too loud for a quiet office. I'm running a non-overclocked P4-2.8 533. I was considering a Spire but they seem too loud (from reviews)

Well Where I work uses the alphanova tech PAL 8915-M63 1U P4 it's alum but quite and very effective. My Rep. is Glenn at 408-567-8082
