Best 19inch LCD for less than $250?

I've had laptops in the past, but this will be my first LCD monitor purchase. I'm looking for a decent 19inch monitor for less than $250 if possible.

Is it any good?

Is there better for the price?

I'm not a huge gamer, but I did just buy a 7800GT...so Battlefield 2, Doom 3, Quake 4, FEAR are played every so often.

Try the Samsung 915N... around 280... very good 19" monitor. I personally know two people who had it, and they bought it as a cheap first step from CRTs.

I'd pass on that Acer and look for a monitor with at least a DVI input for starters.
