Best 19inch flat CRT monitor for under $200?

I think I need a new monitor, I do a lot of gaming and I think my monitor is holding me back it is an Gateway EV700 from 1998 linkage of specs

If I am going to upgrade I think should at least go up to a 19inch monitor, and I would love to have a flat screen one if possible.

Also, will I be able to tell much of a difference with a new monitor?

IMHO this is the best 19" Professional monitor, includes a standard 5 year warrenty for $199. It uses the Mitsubishi Natural Flat CRT. But I'm biased.

Based on the fact that your old monitor phosphors and beam current have reduced in brightness over the years and is only capable of 1024 x 768 at 85Hz. I'm certain you will see a difference with a new Flat Aperture grill capable of 1280 x 1024 at 85Hz.
