I know its a bit of a stretch, but what is the best 19in CRT availible for $200 and slightly below? Is the KDS VS-190IS, shown here worth the paper its printed on? This is for a friend who isn't the biggest technology enthusiast, but would like a good picture. Thanks in advance!
