Best 19" under $300? Help plz.

Ok folks. my new system is monitorless so I need the help of you guru-gamerz out there. I have aquired the new 64mb Outragious gts for a damn good price, so I now have $300 to buy a new, and bigger monitor.

So, for under $300, what is the best monitor out there that will take full advantage of this new video card for my gaming?
