Best 19" LCD Monitor

I'm trying to decide between the Viewsonic 912b and the Sony HS 94P/black (xbrite)because they both offer 12ms responce time and I beleive they both offer HD capailities and picture and picture ... Is this true and which one is best for both gaming and graphics use...

Does anyone think there is another "better" choice?
