best 19 inch LCD monitor?

I wanna get a new monitor. I'm sick of my 6 year old CRT monitor and decided to go to an LCD monitor. However, I want a good one.

I game every now and then, and its FPS games. I want to get a 19" monitor, LCD, DVI doesn't matter. However, I game casually, not that often on PC anymore (mainly on xbox now a days), but I don't want to ghost bad if I do game on PC. Which 19" is probably the best one out there right now, that is LCD? I am new to LCD stuff so please point me in the right direction, thanks!

for 3D graphics you better of getting a 21in CRT and NOT an LCD, the color on CRTs is still better for graphics work

The absolute best LCD monitor was reviewed yesterday...and the price is actually a lot cheaper than the MSRP suggestion!! You can find a review over in GENERAL HARDWARE.
