Best 19-22" LCD TV for the price?

I still have a CRT TV in my room. The speakers are starting to go, so I figure I might as well spend the money on a nice little LCD for now. So my question is, what's the best bang for your buck within that size category? At some point I want a sweet setup like most of the guys here, but that can wait until I'm out of school 😛 So a smaller size will be fine for right now.
 
polaroid at walmart. Good deal.. my pops bought two of them I was impressed by pic quality and of course you cannot beat the price..298
