BEST 19-21" CRT?

I'm building a computer for graphic designer who is planning on spending several thousand bucks on a new system, so what's a crt in the 19-21" range that will give her the best quality?

Not for gaming. Fits in your "several thousand bucks system" budget.

Personally, I wouldn't suggest an LCD for a graphic designer though, if color fidelity is important to her.

You should seriously consider the Sony GDM-F520. Top of the line 21" CRT .22mm Ap grille. I'm considering this monitor for a graphics design system currently being built.

LCD is NOT the way to go if you are in graphics design. Technology is simply not there yet. I own an Apple 22" Cinema Display, and even though it's gorgeous, it falls short in color and graphic clarity of a high end CRT.
