Best 17" LCD?

I'm in the market to get a LCD because I am moving next summer and I would like to just bring an LCD along instead of this clunky CRT monitor. I play games the most on my system, so I need one with good refresh rates, 12ms or less, which monitors should I look at?

And also, how would dual LCD monitors work, my 9800 Pro only has 1 DVI port..
 
go to your local circuit city and look at the samsung syncmaster 173P.

you would connect one monitor with dvi, and the other monitor with vga.

it's pretty had to tell the difference between dvi and vga, especially on a good quality lcd.
 
And the ms rating is a marketing number and not much more than that. See some of the Tom's Hardware LCD reviews for more details on that.
