Best 17-19 inch widescreen x2 setup for around 300-400 dollar?

Definitely a good deal; I know some people will complain that TN panels don't have the best quality but you really can't beat that price. Plus they're the best for gaming.

There's a 17" for $110 but for $20 more you get lots more pixels and a larger viewable area too. Definitely worth it.
 
I was going to say the same thing - why bother with little screens on that budget?

Grab a couple of 22" 1680x1050 screens and enjoy yourself.
