Best 15" LCD?

Hey guys.. Looking for the best 15" LCD... I've been reading around and it seems 16ms is the latest "standard"? Basically the reason I'm looking for 15" instead of 17" is because it will be going on my second computer but I still want it to be pleasant to look at because I will probably be playing games on it in the near future.

hmm I know the 15" Acer AL533 has 16ms, BENQ FP 557, FP567S and FP591 all have 16ms.
