Best 120, 140, and 230 SP and AF fans?

Hey everyone, I'm in need of some 120mm fans for a push/pull on an AIO cpu cooler and some 140mm to intake against/from mesh grills and filters. Would SP be best suited for all of these?

The last set of fans I need are are 230mm also being pressed up against mesh filters.

I would like as much air flow as possible while obviously being as quiet as possible if that's not over reaching. And if all possible to get them within red LEDs.

I remember a year ago or so gentle typhoons were considered the best fans available that fit within all these conditions (quiet and lots of air flow through filters) but as far as I can tell they are no longer available? Is there anything that has come out since then that is better then the gentle typhoons and hopefully within all these sizes of 120, 140, 230 and with red LED?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post

I choose my fans for the fan-port and the airflow. My sig rig deploys four different makes: 2 200mm, a "round" 140 and a Gentle Typhoon AP-30*.

I was impressed with the Akasa Viper fans -- using the 140R unit I mentioned between my NH-D14 towers. The Cougar Vortex fans also seem promising, but they don't have the airflow.

* NOTE. Folks will wince at the mention of the AP-30, with its top-end of 4,200 RPM. I just made it work for me, and I've tamed the noise profoundly at 3,200 RPM. Works for me!

Corsair has SP optimized fans w/ Red LEDs in both 120 and 140mm variants.

I have one of their AF140 quiet editions, and it is very nice.
