Best $100 pci-e card?

I'm thinking of getting this BFG 7900 GS OC card for a core2duo system that I am building. Is there a better card for the same price, ~$100? I'm not a gamer. Google Earth is the most 3D intense software I use. May play Half-Life 2 in the future.

Yeah that's good. Prolly overkill tho if you aren't playing games, u can save $50, but go for it if you plan to game in future. 7600gs is quiter/cheaper but also slower.
