Best 1 gig. of mem for $100

Whats the best memory (512 X 2) DDR400 for close to $100. Won't be overclocking much, if any, and I want it to be stable and great warranty.

Hmm looks like I should have gotten Corsair rather than Crucial when I built my computer. Corsair is what I orginally had.

This would be my choice. If you can get ram with tighter timings for the same price, why not?
