Besides Skype, what have you used for video conferencing?

Just curious if anyone here has used Skype's video conference feature, and how it is. Are there any other alternatives that are any good?

I'm on Skype but can't even find a video button, I guess you have to pay for it?

You can do one-on-one video chat, but video conferencing with multiple users is not possible. There's no paid feature, it just doesn't exist.

My family and I are trying to find either a free or low-cost video conferencing service. I'm in Albany, my mom and sister are in Wisconsin, and my brother is in New Mexico. Skype, even one on one, is sporatic and we often have disconnects during a 20 minute session.

IMO Skype is very easy to setup and use, but leaves a lot in the area of reliability.

We had an hour long video conference in one of my classes the other day. Full screen video looked good, didn't glitch once.

I use skype but the performance is not that great. For person to person there should be an easy way to direct connect but I'm not sure which software does this. I believe Yahoo, MSN and Google all offer free video chat.
