thats true, i posted a blind resume on monster and has been approached by over 30 recruiters.

careerbuilder.com is another one, but I agree you mostly find spammers - get rich quick and sales jobs that have nothing to do with the category you searched for - at those places.

Around here, anyway, the best places to look are the newspapers and company websites. Most newspapers have a website that will allow you view their classified ads for free.

there are some decent careerbuilder posts, but you need to be selective with your searches.
