besides cans of compressed air, is there an effective way to clean dust off from inside a computer?

I Typically just get the garden hose, stick it into any opening and turn it on. Seem to do a nice job of cleaning it out.

i don't use airduster, it has a tendancy to blow dust into things that it shouldn't be in (bearings in fans, for example)

I just take them outside and blow them out with 150psi of compressed air. If you have a fan with bearings that are going, just point the gun at it. Instant 30,000 RPM fan. Sounds like a turbo spooling up 😛

I bought a handheld vac for $20. Using that with its brushes along with Duster works great. Next case has gotta have a dust filter.

why the next one, time to bust out the dremel (and other such tools) and make a space/attachment for it now!
