BeQuiet! Dark Rock 3 vs Dark Rock TF in FD Define Nano S.

Title tells everything.

I am going to build Ryzen computer soon, and cannot decide between those two coolers. No OC, I want the best stability, at least for the CPU(RAM will most likely be 3200 MHz).

Which is the better performer?

If you go by TDP the Dark Rock TF at 220 watts would be better than the Dark Rock 3 at 190 watts.

Personally i prefer the perpendicular coolers like the Dark Rock 3 over the TF version.
