BenQ T241W 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor

I've been researching LCD monitors lately and I've come across the BenQ T241W 24" widescreen monitor. The specs look good but it appears to be released recently so there isn't many reviews. Wondering if anyone has any experience with BenQ monitors and can comment on their quality. My dad is purchasing the popular 22" Acer monitor for my stepmom and I offered to use my NewEgg account to get deferred payments for 6 months, so I gotta spend over $500 (I know, I don't HAVE to.. but its a good excuse to splurg somewhat.. hah). It says 16.7million colours but then the viewing angle is only 160 so it's probably a TN panel. Read the LCD thread that's stickied and you can get a better view of your options. The BenQ I have is very good but I paid $650 for it...I can't comment on the one you're looking at.

I just bought a BenQ G2400W. The viewing angle isn't the greatest... at about 45 degrees there's a very noticeable change in hue. Not a big deal for me though as I don't bob and weave that much when playing games.
