BenQ monitor help

Hi!

I just got a new 17" benQ monitor. Everytime I start it up it will say "non-preset mode" and then it goes away, then it pops up again when the computer is fully on. It works great and the resolution is good, I am just wondering how I get rid of that non-preset mode, are there settings I am not doing right?
