Benq 2410T (3D,120Hz,1920x1080)

Any opinions on this monitor?

I got one for "free" because I had a Benq FP-241vw that developed a strange problem about 2 months before its 3 year warranty ran out. I spent nearly $100 to return it, and they replaced it with a Benq 2410T.

I don't really play many FPS games anymore, and it seems like the 2410T is really made for FPS's. I originally bought my FP-241vw because it was 1900x1200 and had a A-MVA panel -- hoping for somewhat better color than a standard TN screen. Do you think I should just try the "For Sale" forum or ebay, or are there features to the 2410T that will be beneficial outside of FPS games?

biggest improvement outside of far smoother motion clarity would be reduction of tearing without vsync and reduced input lag, which can be very nice to have even for RTS/MMO/RPGs

that being said it is a higher end monitor and you'd likely be able to get $300 easy peasy for it if its new in box

That being said, the 2420T is coming out in a few weeks. If you do plan on selling it, now would be the time.

I guess probably be replacing it with a Dell 2412, though I look around for any other non-TN deals.

Ben90: thanks for the heads-up. I guess I'll have to try my luck with Ebay. Maybe I can give it a couple days in the for sale forum here...maybe HardOCP too.
