Why wouldn't the place be a good place to go to for a date?
Cooking is done at group tables that seat 10 or more. A party of 2 will usually get seated with a larger party unless the restaurant is empty. Makes for a less than intimate atmosphere.

Depends on your intentions and your personalities. If you're looking for an intimate, one-on-one encounter, it's not gonna deliver.

Same if you don't like to eat with people you don't know.

My fiancee and I are the type to sit down with 6 complete strangers and strike up a conversation, so we have a blast at these kinds of places. I've taken her there on dates, it was a lot of fun.

I have had a lot of fun talking to new people too, it's the perfect AW environment ;)

However, if you are looking for quiet and romantic it's not really a good choice.

If you were in West Palm Beach, I'd recommend the Sundy House in Delray...I may take my wife there...the only bad part with all my exes I have run out of virgin places here....Sundy is where I proposed once.

i thought the food sucked when i went. flavorless pieces of meat are just that... flavorless-tasteless food.
the chef did some tricks with the food on that huge cooking grill( or pan) but that was about the only good thing.
and did i say the food sucked...
