Benefits of installing Intel 815E Chipset drivers in Win2k and WinME

Topic says it all. Should I install the chipset drivers for my Abit SA6R, or should I not bother to install these drivers? What are the +s and -s? Thanks

I believe that only ME has them built in. Any other Windows flavor, you must install the 815 drivers.
