benchtop psu amps

I'm looking at some adjustable benchtop regulated power supplies and i'm a bit confused.

This unit lists as having 0-50v and 0-20A for the output.

This one lists as having 0-100v and 0-10A.

Does this mean they are both 1000W units for their max setting at any voltage in their range ?
Or are they both limited to their maximum amp setting at any voltage in their range ?

I couldn't find a datasheet for either to be sure, but the rated current should be the maximum it can output at any voltage. Some PSUs may be power-limited, so they can't output maximum current and voltage at the same time, but those two state that they can.

I did the live chat on that website and they responded with "it's not a wattage limited device" so apparently the amp limit applies to all voltages within the range.
