I tested this program on my computer and got a score of 3430, what the hell does that mean? I couldn't compare my scores with others on the site so I'm asking here. how good is this score compared to other video cards, compared to my geforce2 pro?

If you do a search on 3DMark2001, in these forums, I bet you find a lot of scores.

I think you are running 3dmark2000 there... We are using 3dmark2001... 🙂
 
In the low 3000s. Duron 1Ghz, GF2Pro(200/400), Win2k. If I remember correctly, I think there's a utility within 3dmark2k1 that'll let you compare your score against a far larger pool of other 3dmark2k1 users than can be found here. If you want a real benchmark, use SETI :Q
