This person went to local CompUSA in NY and got his card (so yes, they shipped and are available, though not readily). Check it out. He's also using older drivers (76 instead of 92), so with newer drivers the card will be even faster.

very nice! actual proof. dang...when is dell going to ship my card!!!!!?!?!??!?! this is going to hopefully double my 3dmark score of 3700...or atleast come close.

A couple days ago I was wondering what happened to the deal at work. Couldn't remember who it happened to and by the time I got home I forgot about it. Anyway, I'm curious now as well.

Still working on it. Attorneys are talking though I haven't heard from them in a while. I'll have to PM Frenchie and Patrick to ask what's happening. It's been two months already 🙁 BTW, I filed a complaint with BBB and today I got a letter saying that this situation is beyond the scope of their abilities. WTF? He's a business and they can't do anything about it?!? That really pissed me off :| I think I'll update the thread with this info once I get Frenchie's reply as to what's happening with it.
