benchmarks between 8mb and 16mb cache raptor?

I'm looking to compare between the following drives:
WD Raptor 36GB 10k RPM 8MB cache
and
WD Raptor 36GB 10k RPM 16MB cache

I can't really find any specs comparing them. I'm wondering if the difference really is that great that I should hold out for the 16MB or settle for the 8MB.

Thanks!

cache doesn't play that big of a role for your hdd in general.
More specifically, I read a article on this that compared 8MB cache hdds to 16MB cache hdds and there was little to no difference between them.
So what im saying is "settle" for the 8MB.
(gains are realized when going from 2MB->8MB though)

A 16MB 36GB raptor though? I dont recall that ever existing. When they improved upon the 74GB raptor, I think they took it from 8MB -> 16MB.....

Wow there Raybdbomb, you shure done showed me rightly! I didnt google it because I dont care what they've done w/ the 36GB raptor. All I said is I didnt recall WD making such an enchancement.. didnt say you were an idiot.
Well i suppose if you really care about the performance differnece of 8MB and 16/32MB cache you can google it yourself Raybdbomb. You are da bomb, i'm sure you'll find a supporting article in 2.1 seconds.
